DELIVERY
Delivery charges quoted in your rental agreement include postage out to you and return postage to us unless agreed otherwise. Please follow the instructions below. The postage costs are tiered according to weight, size and urgency of orders. Please read below:
If you wish to have it delivered earlier then you may incur an increased rental cost. All prices quoted are for 2 weeks rental apart from the ski and northern lights pages which are for 7 days (longer periods can be quoted for just ask). Late returns are calculated on a daily rental rate as per our terms and conditions and are also stated on your rental agreement.
RETURNS PROCESS

- Delivery will be on a week day, (weekend can be arranged at extra cost).
- Payment on time will allow us to keep delivery costs down for you so please pay approx 2 weeks before your post out date on your rental agreement. Last minute 24hr delivery is also available.
- Someone needs to sign for your order.
- Tracking: After your order has been dispatched (post out date on your rental agreement) you will be sent text or email tracking info via Parcel Force/Fedex. In the event you need to track your parcel do not send us an email, use your tacking number to contact parcel force/Fedex using the links http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace or https://www.fedex.com/en-gb/tracking.html when on this page click through to tracking details to see if it is on the van etc. Emailing us or ringing us is a waste of time we have no control over the parcel once it has left our building, and you are best placed to contact Parcel Force/Fedex to discuss delivery as they may not be able to find you etc. You can contact your local Parcel Force depot option 5 to speak to a human http://www.parcelforce.com/depot-finder or Fedex Tel 03456 07 08 09.
- Your items will be shipped to arrive approx 6-7 days prior to your rental period starting to ensure early delivery.

RETURNS PROCESS
- Repack your order upon your return, please try to re-use box/bags etc. This should be in the same box it was sent if not then please email us the dimensions of the box you intend to use. Remove all previous outbound labels and clearly write on the box our address Expedition Kit Hire, Unit 9/8A Vale Business Park, Llandow, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, CF71 7PF. Please note that only the same number of box's as you received can be posted back; if you need more box's you will need to request additional labels (fees apply).
- If a Yodel label is in the box then seal securely, put label on the box and visit www.yodeldirect.co.uk and type your post code into the “Find a store box” at the top of the web page. Keep the receipt that the store gives you when dropping off. Only 1 label can be used per box, you cannot use 1 label on 2 box’s!. These are open 7 days per week so ensure to drop off at weekends if that is when your rental agreement ends.
- If a Parcel force label is included, then remove the original delivery label and replace with the label in the box, visit these 2 links below to find a post office or parcel force depot to drop the box off (these are dated and should be dropped off on or before that date). Open Mon-Sat.

http://www.parcelforce.com/depot-finder - We can arrange for Parcel Force to collect from you but this needs to be pre booked prior to your trip start and we cannot do same day collections (please ring/email us a day and address for collection). Collections occur any time during the day, and there are no specific hour slots etc. If for any reason your parcel is unavailable for collection you will need to book again, and you will be charged again for the collection fee.
- If no returns label is in the box then we will email you a label and ask you to drop off as above.
- Please note that if you are affected by any quarantining etc you will need to get someone to drop it off for you or you can arrange a collection for a fee of £7 from your home address instead. You will need to arrange a collection at least 2 days prior to the collection date. Sorry but we are unable to extend the rental of all orders free of charge because of government guidelines so please ensure to post it back on time if you wish to avoid the daily extended rental fee as per your rental agreement.
Delayed/Late returns: are charged at a rate of:
(your total initial rental fee) divided by (rental period in days) multiplied by (number of days late).
For example if your initial rental agreement costs £200 over a 2 week period, and you return it in 20 days i.e. 6 days late.
Cost incurred would be (£200/14)x6 = £85.71 or £14.28 per day. You will not receive any discounts on late returns which were applied to the original order, i.e. if you got 50% off the extended rental this will not apply to late fees which will be charged at the full rate.
