- Please note you should thoroughly check your item for any rips/tears or loose stitching as we cannot clean any items until they have been repaired. A tell tale sign of there being a hole somewhere is lots of loose feathers floating around when you open and shake your item. Where damaged items are received these will be sent back without being cleaned.
